Troy Aikman

UCLA 1986-1989, BA 2008

Troy Aikman came to UCLA to do one thing on and off the field鈥損ass. He led the Bruins to a 20-4 record during his career, becoming an All American, the West Coast Player of the Year and the first player from UCLA to win the Davey O鈥橞rien Award as the nation鈥檚 top quarterback. Aikman鈥檚 tenure in the NFL is legendary鈥揾e won three Super Bowls, played in six Pro Bowls and was elected to the Hall of Fame. After becoming a successful sportscaster, Aikman returned to UCLA in 2008 to complete his degree in sociology and even attended commencement鈥損roving that no matter the task, he always liked to see things through to completion.
